How budget cuts harm students
Monday, February 11th, 2008In fall, the USF College of Education’s student advising services had an awful choice to make: to lay off a receptionist or an advisor. The college laid off the receptionist, and now students face a large poster explaining how to make an appointment, instead of a friendly face to help them immediately:
